Refund policy

YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. After that, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE.

The reasoning behind this is there is no way to cancel your order or achieve a refund as soon as we actually placed your order on our end as far as we know as of 5:53 am PST 5/10/26. We will check within our systems and if the items can be canceled in terms of being halted from being shipped to you AND we can get your refund, then we will come back and update this page with the proper information, but if not, the sale will have to be final and this refund page information will NOT be changed because of the reasons it's here in the first place. We will check as orders come in if orders can be canceled and refunded within our suppliers updated systems. Another reason why the sales are final is because all items are coming from suppliers and returning an item to the supplier is only possible if they provide the shipping label with the appropriate suppliers address, if not, we can not trace it back to the original supplier that it came from.

If your cancel is accepted, we’ll send you an email saying your order has been canceled and your funds will be sent back to you.

If it is after the 24 hour time mark, you can still reach out to us and we will see what we can do about canceling your order and getting your money back but we are already letting you know now that it will most likely fail as it has in the past.

Non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your order cancellation, let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
